HOW TO SHOP

  1. In a product page, please put the quantity you like to purchase and click “add to cart”. Once you chose all products you would like to purchase, please click “Cart”.
  1. If all products and quantities listed in your cart are correct, please press “Check Out”.
  2. If you are a first time customer, please fill in all details, if you are the existing customer, please enter your username and password, then press “Next”.
  3. Please confirm your shipping address.
    NOTE: Please provide the delivery address where you can attend. If you miss the delivery, you will have to arranage redelivery or pickup on your own.
  1. Please check all details and proceed your payment.Orders paid by 5pm will be submitted for delivery within five working days.

  

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE

“Shelf life” stated in each product information is the minimum length calculated by a “best before” date. Most of our products which we deliver to you likely has a longer shelf life (depends on stock in the warehouse). Please check the exact best before date on the product label when it’s delivered.

NOTE:Any of current Carwari products DO NOT require to be kept in refrigerator.
Please keep in a dry and cool place and avoid heat and light.

 

SHIPPING

where do we deliver to?

We only deliver to the addresses in Australia at this point.
No minimum order is required.

We use three different freight companies, depending on where you are based.

  1. Australia Post
  2. Couriers Please
  3. Fastway
  4. TNT

The delivery time will be between 9am and 5pm on Weekdays.

 

The shipping fee (per Gross Weight):

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 (after any discounts)

NSW (except Lord Howe Island) & ACT:  $15.00 / 0-25kg  ($15.00 every 25kg)
Other States: $20.00 / 0-5kg  ($5.00 every 5kg)
Please check your shipping fee upon checkout.

Metro (Sydney) NSW 2 days / Non-metro NSW 2-3 days
Melbourne 2-3 days / Non-metro Vic 3-5 days, Other states: 4-7 days

Please note that these are approximate delivery times only and they cannot be guaranteed.

NOTE: If you are unattended for delivery, you may have to pick up from your local post office or Newsagent.

 

LOCAL COLLECTION

Local collection is available from our Sydney Homebush Warehouse between 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) except public holidays. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email from us for further instructions. Please make sure to organise an appointment with us in advance BEFORE collection.

 

PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards (Visa/Master/Amex) and all payments are processed securely by Shopify Payment. That means we never see or store your credit card information.

What products include GST?

Only a few items have GST, these include:

– Shipping
– Sesame Candy
– Nuts & Seeds product (except Raw Almonds, Raw Cashews)
– Browns Rice Snack

We will make sure your privacy and confidentiality are completely protected.
Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will never share or sell to third parties your private information, including your e-mail, telephone numbers or address details.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product please contact us before returning the product to us. We will ask you the details of a problem and discuss further options (refund or replacement). All claims must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
