Yuzu Kosho is made from Yuzu peel (tart but very fragrant citrus fruit), chilli and salt. It is zesty and salty but also has Umami flavour.
The clean finish taste of Yuzu Kosho cuts a greasy taste and gives more flavour and depth. It matches with other condiments such as oils, vinegars, soy sauces. A tiny drop is enough to add a sensational excitement to your everyday dishes.
